Rubber expansion joint
Technical characteristics:
- diameter from 100 to 630 mm;
- rotation angle in three planes up to 45 degrees;
- compensation of linear movings up to 100 mm;
- made of various types of wear-resistant rubber;
- produced with flanges or without flanges.
Types of joints: one - two - three- and multi-arch, depending on mobility of the pipeline.
Advantages:
- compensate mobility of separate parts of the pipeline, providing mutual mobility of the elements working both on discharge and on suction;
- compensate angular displacement;
- reduce vibration, noise;
- compensate both pressure jumps and temperature deformations of the pipeline;
- carry out additional function of pipes joint at various diameter of pipes:
- facilitate installation of pipeline system;
